Our Craft Process.
Even with "premium" brands of mass-produced tequila, certain cost-saving methods are deployed—corners are cut—to maximize profit.
But true craftsmanship implies skill, artistry, and a dedication to producing something unique and of the highest quality—regardless of cost.
Why TC Craft Tequila is better.
TC CRAFT is completly additive-free. We use only 9-year blue Weber agave grown without chemical herbicides or pesticides in rich, red volcanic soil in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico; pure Jalisco highlands spring water; and natural yeast from the agave plant itself.
We don't rush the process, either.
For starters, we slow-roast our agave in clay ovens, carefully coaxing out and developing the subtle flavors and sweetness of the agave nectar.
We distill in small batches, taking care, not to over-distill (the quality of our ingredients makes it unnecessary). After distillation, one can detect a smooth and delightful citrus flavor.

Finally,
we age our tequila in white oak whiskey barrels, and because this is TC Craft, we age our tequila even longer than the law requires. And we do it because it makes for a richer, smoother flavor—to give that ultra-premium, award-winning finishing touch.
We do all this because, in the end, we want to create something that we're proud to offer to our friends, which is why on the back of every bottle, the label reads, "Only for our friends."
